We offer a free initial consultation and operate on a contingency fee basis (you pay attorney fees only if we win your case). There are no upfront costs or out-of-pocket attorney fees.
MANDATORY FEE DISCLOSURE (Colorado RPC Rule 7.1, Comment [3A]): In contingency fee matters, while you will not owe attorney fees if there is no recovery, you may still be responsible for certain costs and expenses of litigation, regardless of the outcome, unless the written Fee Agreement explicitly states otherwise.
